Our client is a major banking and financial services group with offices worldwide. They have a temporary opportunity for an HR Consultant to join their small Essex based team. Working within a function which covers recruitment and general HR issues, you will provide hands on HR Consulting support to the business. Working closely with local management, you will resolve HR issues as they arise and have active involvement in recruiting, learning & development and performance management.
With previous experience in a similar HR Advisor/Consultant role, you will have strong administration skills, basic project management skills and excellent working knowledge of UK employment law. With Strong communication and teamwork skills also, you will quickly be able to build strong partnerships. An HR background within banking or financial services is required.
